Note: This is in Dolphin on Droid X Android 2.3.3. It works correctly on desktop using Firefox. This is all normal. Collapse or not, this is a page which is on the right side. If you collapse or expand a section on that page, it is the section that will be collapsed or expanded, not the page. This is offered so members could decide which ones they would like to see opened or not. As, some members have content in pretty much all of them but would prefer to decide which ones to have expanded, the most important sections in regards to what they do, so to have them to fit in their viewing area. What I was referring to is the Collapse, Expand, at the page itself, making the right side to collapse and expand on demand (horizontally). That, I do not have that presently.
Also, I see that one also came from the mobile devices. So, yes, if you want to use the main entrance, even on the mobile devices, you would have issues having that section to run over the central part of the page. This is why there is a switch to turn it off, or off by default when using the mobile entrance. In regards to that, I do not know what much I can do to help as the options are already there.
