The jury had been sequestered for months and months and all they wanted to do was finish the damn trial - hence the quick verdict. I don't understand why the trial (and others like it) take so damn long. I watched a little bit (maybe 3 hours total) of the OJ trial - and I recall watching the dumbass prosecutor woman questioning a witness. It was the most ridiculous thing I've seen - she spent over two hours asking ONE question - she just kept asking it over and over, worded slightly differently, or repeating the witnesses answer saying "so you say that....". The whole line of questioning should of taken 15 seconds. What a waste of time and money - and all for nothing.
