Hello Mark;

I would first try to apply the correct driver.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3662058&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=3662052

If that does not resolve the issue then the fun begins! :)

>Getting an unusual error on a site. Had a setup where the machine was 32bit XP and a program that we have on it works fine. As part of the program it gets some data and prints a report automatically using a set printer to name command. This also works on the server, 32 bit 2003 or 2008, can remember the exact version off hand. They have replaced the pc with windows 7 64bit and while the program still runs okay, updates files etc. the report no longer prints. It gives an error but if you click on ignore it will print. Problem is that it runs at 4-5am no on one around to click ignore. The printer is a HP2055 and on the server there is no 64 bit driver installed. I can't find a 64 bit version, anyone any ideas what to try next.
