Hi,

I have a routine where an XML file is sent from Pocket PC to a desktop and then processed with VFP 9 App. The XML file is sent to the desktop as a memory string. Then I save this memory string to an XML file on drive. And then create XMLAdapter object and load the XML file (e.g. oXml.LoadXml ( cXmlFileName, .T.))

My question is, can I load the XML memory string into the XMLAdaptor object without having to save the string to drive first? Also, is there a simple method to check if the coming XML memory string conforms to the XML standard (that is, not corrupted)?

TIA.
