Ah, interesting point, I got rid of all the pt approach in favor of px so I can control and calculate exactly what I need. I will do the test but I am not sure this will change anything.

Can't do that. I need the height to be controlled otherwise this will make some really bad look when users are using another browser to access some sites. See my other message where I mentioned why. We had this problem before with this site BTW and now this is resolved.
