Instead of using a specific path and file name in your report, use a variable instead. If each of your locations could initialize the same variable with their own path and graphic name, then the report would print their logo? Is this possible for them to do? If not, maybe you could create a .mem file for them initialize the variable within their application which would allow them to change their logo anytime they want to.
