Yes, being also confirmed and reinforced by The Holy Spirit in the believer's heart.

The Christian judges all things, but not in the judgmental manner of condemnation definition, but rather one of assessment against that which God has taught us, that we may, through love, and with our intent being to bring that person back out onto the correct path as God prescribed, to then rebuke, instruct, guide, teach, reinforce, and even question ourselves in the presence of other believer as to our own actions, our own thoughts, for there is wisdom in the counsel of many, and whenever two or three are gathered together in His name, there He is in the midst.

Iron sharpens iron. We are not alone. And God will use the man of a strong, true, purposeful heart in pursuit of the Truth to be salt and light for many, but he himself will also forever be a student of God, from God and men, because God's body of Christ is a body, and as it is in a body with individual parts, none being more or less important than the others, but all being required to be whole, no man is above the others, but each is to carry out his role in service to the others, as do all parts of our bodies.

God is amazing how He's set everything up. :-)
