Thank you. I did try learning MVC but got sidetracked by my "full time" job of supporting VFP application. Maybe I will take up the task of learning MVC again. I think I will need to create a simple Hello World app using MVC rather than going through hours of Pluralsight training of complicated applications.

You probably could implement in WebForms also, but since you use server controls that generate the HTML in WebForms you might have a tough time. You might be able to use Controller Adapters in WebForms to override how it renders the HTML, but I still think you would be better off using MVC.
