The problem we had was the report would start running through the pages and then just freeze, resulting in a forced shutdown of Fox. My solution was the same as David's. Once I deleted all tags and rebuilt each index, the problem stopped. We use HP printers all the time with no complaints, but I have heard of problems with drivers.
