Impressive- expecially since you then can carry the app forward with php or Javascript or whatever. But I'm looking forward to seeing the native stuff later this year. Amazon and MS may be committed to Cloud, but the Pricelines and Amazons and airlines are going for native apps in a big way. Which is why Lianja sounds so cool: even ignoring the "reincarnation of VFP code" aspect, the ability to develop and deploy across multiple platforms was Dr Dave's dream that got forgotten for a decade or two, but is even more compelling in the connected mobile age.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
