The commentator even states that he tried to make it more objective so it could comply, but failed- because there were no specifics. Which is true. So they've left it there long enough so you can capture the content to re-use in a blog or other opinion forum. Not a bad response, and definitely not directed at you AFAICS.

I understand, but I wanted to re-do it into something different then. And now I can not, since they locked the article already.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
