For instance if you place three files into the "Queue", Filezilla tries to upload all three of them simultaneously. That of course is not a "queue", but the result is that if you have one file of 10MB and another file of 100MB, you still have to wait a lot for the 10MB file. You can set the priority, but to upload them as a real queue would be much more intuitive. Sometimes the distributors are just hanging on the line to get the upgrades, sitting in the office of a client waiting for my call, and those little things can be very frustrating at times.

Again there is a setting for how many simultaneous files you want to allow to be transferred. The default is 2. Edit menu -> Settings -> Transfer section -> Maximum simultaneous transfers. Set it to 1 if you like a single queue.
