Blah blah blah, let's agree to disagree ok? I don't believe your god made the world, I don't believe Satan exists, I don't believe gays and lesbians are living in sin.

I believe in reason, in mutual respect, in love.

You can keep praying for me if that makes you happy. While you pray for people like me, I am going to use my time in a better way by accepting and loving people regardless of their sexual, ethnicity or religious preferences.

I don't mind that according to your beliefs I am going to hell, actually that's where all the fun will happen and like ACDC says all my friends are going to be there too. ;-)

Take care Rick

>FYI:
>The reason I don't answer is because of Satan's name. He used to be called Lucifer meaning "Light Bearer," but now he is called Satan. He is called Satan because the name means "accuser". Satan continually picks apart things to get to individual points which can be addressed and dominated as through a position of reason (such as this issue of homosexuality), as though evidence and "natural logic" would reveal a better way than God has through ... whatever mechanism can be used to "prove" the incorrect nature of something God has decreed.
>
>But such examples miss the larger picture at work: love. Such attempts and examples to pin down individual components into pieces which can be scrutinized, they miss another component which correlates completely the complexity and grandness of God and of God's purpose and vision, something that cannot be reduced to points. The entirety of creation was woven together in a complete form, and God operates on those scales. His is a wide array of love manifested in so many countless ways that if we step up to individual components only and point and say "SEE! RIGHT HERE! HOW CAN THIS BE?!?!" such as the issue with homosexuality, it misses out on the true nature of God. And when someone is engaging in the smaller, individual, component arguments ... there is nothing that can be said at that point because there is a focus there that is bent on making a point, on proving themselves right, rather than any kind of a pursuit of the truth.
>
>God's creation was perfect. Man let sin in and it has become fractured. Everything that we know in this world is damaged because of sin. But God is still here, and the right ways are still present, and God has not abandoned any people, and anyone (anyone, anyone, anyone) who wants to know the truth, who seeks to know the truth, will find the truth. Everyone else will not.
>
>I pray you seek to know the truth, Luis. And Victor. And everyone else who today does not. :-) I pray that from this great place of love The Lord has given me (undeservedly, but in real terms is it here, affecting all aspects of my life).
I never forget a face, but in your case I will make an exception :-)
