"...to defend against enemies, both foreign and domestic..."

Mr. Snowden's life and lifestyle aren't the subject of Christian fanfare, but his pursuit of the truth in exposing unprecedented illegal actions by the men and women of the U.S. government is spot on.

Wikileaks tweeted, "A hero, a patriot, and a role model walk into a bar. The bartender says, 'What will it be, Mr. Snowden?' "

For telling the truth, for exposing illegal goings on, for seeking to inform the American people, and indeed the world, I give Edward J. Snowden my full support and appreciation. What he did took bravery, resolve, vision, and clarity of focus.

The world needs more people in positions of knowing to come forward and expose things which harm the rights of living, breathing, human beings. Those who seek to control and dominate others need to be exposed, so that the people can all grow up rightly together, and unhindered by artificial constraints.

I applaud the actions of Edward J. Snowden and look forward to more people coming forward revealing misdoings by men and women "of trust."
