Hi everyone,

Hey, I've been coding in VFP now since 94 and I know how I would answer this question but I wanted to ask some other gurus.

For a VFP free table that has over 100,000 records in it with 29 existing indexes, we are considering adding 5 more index tags but have some concerns that this may cause more slow down when new records are added than it does now. Our application is running on a beefy machine but has 50+ users hitting it.

Would 5 more indexes probably cause any noticeable difference?

Thanks for your input!
