Hi

I'm trying to work out how to save an email as a text file, and any attachments as their respective type, within Outlook. I'd like the user to have to enter a reference code, which determines the file names for the text file/attachment - i.e. if they enter the reference 100000, the email would be called 100000_email.txt, with the attachments as 100000_attachment1.jpg etc.

Ideally I'd like the trigger to be either a macro or better still, right click menu, so that the user can save an email with the minimum amount of fuss.

Can anyone help?
