It's worth pointing out that the "View all messages from this thread" option doesn't work as you might expect. Instead of just showing descendants on the same branch, it shows all messages on all branches that are dated later than the node selected.

The old "View map of messages from the selected messsage" did work as one would expect and was very useful IMO.
