Don't use iTunes for transferring photos or videos. When you plug your iPhone on your pc iTunes will start. Instead of using iTunes go in the file explorer and look in the folders in your iPhone. Find your video and copy it directly from your iPhone to your hard disk. After this is done unplug your iPhone and after that you could remove manually that video from your iPhone.
