This is a bug, the cause of it is the PRG you are stopping in the debugger is not in the current directory. There is no way short of shutting down VFP to get the changed code working. If you can at least temporarily move the PRG you won't have to shutdown VFP entirely to get it recompile the file.

When I DELETE FILE PRG2.PRG it says that it's in use, even after a close all/clear all.
