UT's DNS is ultimately supplied by Network Solutions (NSI). NSI has been under DDoS attack for some time; its DNS servers are effectively down so this site's name isn't resolving.
A reminder to users how to work around this problem: add a local static DNS entry.
One way to do this is by modifying the HOSTS file in \Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ . This may not work if you are using certain antivirus products such as Microsoft Security Essentials.
Many routers will let you add static DNS entries, if your router is a DNS server or proxy you can do it that way.
UT's current IP address is 198.72.113.6 .
NSI will probably get this fixed in the near future (actually their Facebook feed says it's now fixed). If you change your local DNS you can change it back, or leave it. If you leave it and UT's IP changes again you'd have to update your static entry.
