And I agree and this really bothers me. I do a lot of financial stuff that "absolutely requires I deal with it by certain days" and if this happens at that required time, it will be a real nightmare with also the potential to cost $$$$. As an example, tomorrow is one of those days (it's the last trading day for July equity options here in the states - and Saturday is not good enough as they don't trade on Saturday).
