I did not read all the responses to this, so maybe someone already mentioned this. But I used to have this problem all the time - what it turned out to be was actually the time zones we were in - we were 6 hours apart and for some reason VFP freaked out on the date-time stamps of the .fxp files. We did what you did - simply recompiled the app or just didn't send the .fxp files to begin with.
