God has commanded that all men everywhere repent. And He gives us a promise that when we do:
"Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you."

And for the faithful it is as Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego said regarding their faith in God in Daniel 3:
16 King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter.
17 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and
he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand.
18 But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods
or worship the image of gold you have set up."

God has plans for every person. And a Christian is called to be salt and light, a continuous teacher, teaching all the nations, baptizing (immersing) them in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Ghost, teaching them to obey all things whatsoever He has commanded, and remembering that He is with us, even until the end of the world.

We teach everyone because there are some scattered throughout who will hear and repent, accepting God's free gift. The rest will perish in their sin.
