>You don't seem to believe in capitalism. I'm not talking about "building an empire of wealth, fame,
>power." I'm talking about just making a living. Where is the incentive to do the hard work of
>creation when anyone can come along and take your work as their own?
How many people are starving right now? Become a farmer. Grow something for them.
How many people need better homes? Become a construction worker and help people repair them.
How many roads need repaired? Go and spend your time improving the roads.
Why does it have to be capitalism? There are people who need help. With us helping them, and them helping us, we cannot fail.
Use your time and labor to help people, not duplicate everybody else's efforts when such duplication is absolutely unnecessary as is true with software. There are people with real needs that our labor could serve. That should be our focus. Not all of us engaging in duplicated efforts and protractive workarounds due to the proprietary, personal empire building nature of men's choices.
Gifts. Loving. Helping. Begin with that relationship with God ... and then walk.
