I've said it many times before and will say it again:

Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose.


Freedom in itself is never a goal. The goal of human life is happiness. Freedom can be an aspect to it only if it stands in the way of your happiness.

Absolute freedom does not exist. Its a myth and I really do not understand the obsession of americans with the word freedom.
Do americans persuit the freedom of raping children, owning nuclear weapons, to kill someone else for no reason (hmmm wasn't there something on the news last week about a kid being killed by a guard without a reason and walked away from court) ?

Freedom is good as long as it does not affect the freedoms and safety of others.

You know what had the biggest effect on freedom in my life???
answer: Getting married and having kids. Should we ban marriage then?
