I am consulting and working with a large medical company that fabricates their own machines and lately has developed their own software that captures treatment data for each patient session on each machine. Machines as well as software is installed at many hospitals across north America.

Typical setup is:

- Several treating machines hooked up the the hospitals network, and to our devoted database server through hospitals network in order to capture data for each patient treated on our machines. Some configurations are different as some may include other required devices for serial communications, etc.

In any case, we need to support the machines, make sure they are running, hooked up correctly, etc. We also need to support our software.

In order to provide proper support to the hospitals and their technicians, we need:

-An application or tool that I can register the the client's site configuration- Information such as:
gateway, sub net mask address, our machine configurations and addresses, our database server IP address, guides, manuals etc.

Does anyone know of such an application? Thank you in advance!
