Well, good luck. You might also try to explicitly compile the prg. Though, you'll probably also get a file in use msg. I'd be interested to know what you finally get to work.
>Yep--that's what I meant. I'll try CLEAR PROGRAM when it happens again. The prg isn't in a different sub, and it's not compiled into an app or an exe, either. HOWEVER, it does run (do my.prg) another program which is in a different directory, so perhaps that's it--the bug that David mentioned.
