True - but family of four living there for years and years and ex CIA employees? I think if the cops actually spent like 2 minutes looking into it they would of known they were not pot farmers..and supposedly the cops claimed they had them under surveillance for several months. Since the cops or whoever won't tell them why they were targeted of offer any type of apology they decided to sue. So remember the lesson here folks - don't try to grow indoor tomatoes and if you have tomatoes don't google how to cook them in a pressure cooker and whatever you do don't place those tomatoes in a backpack then put on a hoody and walk down the street. I actually grew up in that area and if you are walking down the street after 11:30pm a cop WILL stop you and ask you what you're doing walking around...cause ya know walking is 'suspicious behavior'.
