Hopefully it will go out this week. I will be at a tech conference the 11th through the 15th so it will be a while if I don't get to the P.O. before leaving.
I actually have two of them. "Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Unleashed" by Mike Snell and Lars Powers, from Sams, and "Professional Visual Studio 2010" by Nick Randolph, David Gardner, et al, from Wrox. Please look them up and let me know which one you prefer.
