Thats also one of the methods I have tried.......the doggone thing is that remote views work perfectly until you are in a data migration situation where you have to push mass records through the pipe. Eventually, I get this thing to work but usually in a manner that is *very* slow.

Thank God that this is a one-time migration....I'd otherwise have a nervous breakdown :-)
