Office 365 gives is a subscription and provides for local installs of Office 2013. No reason to pay the extra for Office 2010

>I am looking for a new notebook (from Dell) and one of the options is Office 365 (I think Cloud based). If you used it, how do you like it? I am leaning towards buying Office 2010 DVD from office supply store but I thought I would check out if someone likes the 365 version.
