Select the column
On the ribbon, click Home
Click the Change Case button (looks like Aa with a drop down arrow)
Click lowercase from the dropdown

>I am looking for the simplest way to lowercase a column data. Lets say I have 25 rows where one column data has been entered in uppercase. I would like to lowercase all that. Is the only to create a style and apply the style to it?
