This has been resolved by doing this:

1. Connect with Remote Desktop
2. Right click - Screen Resolution
3. Click on the URL on top
4. Remove the \Screen Resolution part
5. Click on Change color scheme
6. Click on Advanced
7. Select Desktop and change to black (in my case) :)
