I have the same problem. At our office we changed to permanent internet connection from dialup. Since then I have this problem, too.(I have to use dialup connection if I want to connect to UT.)
I tried different browsers. I sent letters to Michael, but He couldnot solve the problem till now. He suspended to proxy server.
The strange is, that during test time of proxy, I had no problem. I consult to man maintaning our proxy server, but he couldnot say anything, he changed on settings, but he wasnot sure about it.
Since today morning the situation changed, because now, I got a different message from UT server, stating: "Server didnot got all necessary data..."
