Yes, I have the two script src="/WebResource.axd lines that are getting added to the .aspx page:

And, below is the call to WebForm_AutoFocus('Username').

So, I am trying to figure out what is different in both servers. I verified the .NET frameworks. They are all installed. So, something is different. I just can't find what it is.
