I reinstalled my Windows NT as Primary Domain Controler. Now I want to change the mouse driver (to use Logitech instead of MS).

If I go to the ControlPanel/Mouse and choose the General tab, the Change button is disabled.

I have all permissions/rights in all categories, etc.
