And, to add to this, someone says that he needed to install this on his Web server to make that work:

Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 Feature Pack

But, if you look at the requirements, this doesn't find on a Windows Server 2003. So, is it just me but it would be impossible to have a Windows Server 2003 hit a SQL Server 2012 database if spatial data type are required in the SQL commands?
