I have tried adding labels in the past by specifying the size. What happened then, I'll call label creep. By this I mean that
the label start position would shift (up or down) on the page, such that after a few pages, the label would not be
printing inside the layout anymore.

This label will need to be perfectly aligned, as I will be printing a two sided label on a one sided printer.

I've tried changing the paper layout to no margins, so I could specify the margins, I tried to set the label to business card size,
and compared the print out to the regular business card, and mine failed after the 3rd page.

I guess I don't trust myself to get it right :(
