We have some very slow latency on the test server because the VPN is on and things like that. So, sometimes, a hit can take up to 4 seconds to response. So, if within that range, yes, it could have been a factor. Other than that, the test server is configured as the production server, thus 4 application pools. So, for the first hits after a compilation, they will be loaded at first, and that will also take longer.
