People need to revisit their policies on data security, especially if using remote cloud storage, because your company or customers need not know that every piece of data you have on that cloud service is being copied due to gag orders as with Lavabit, under the rules and regulations provided for post 9/11.
Data should be housed on-site so at least you know when they're coming for it.
