Sounds like you're after a profiler, not a code coverage tool. I think most of them will do what you want.
Another one that's good is Ants from RedGate.

I have 2 programs that are identical (supposedly), and I need to know if both programs are executing same lines. Bascally need a list of code line number that executed, but willing to use tool that highlight which line of code ran. Again, thanks for all your help
