I haven't used Crystal Reports, but at this point I am willing to try anything that will solve my mail merge delima. What I am trying to attempt here is a mail merge alternative since none of my users have a standard WP program installed. This particular application is a file server/ multi-user construction. Will Crystal Reports work for something like this? I will go check it out, but I would like your professional opinion!
