I haven't given this much thought, but my initial take is that, just like vision or hearing, it's appropriate for schools to do a high-level screening and then suggest to parents that they follow up with an expert.

Then I would suggest even simpler approach. Make Jesse, Al and other so called “black leaders” to shut up. For decades they have been brainwashing black kids that the cause of every evil in the world is the White Man. Jesse, Al and other “black leaders” don’t tell black kids to study hard, to learn skills (not necessarily for NBA), get a none glamorous job, and have a feeling of self-worth. No! Jesse, Al, at el, scream not about opportunities that all kids have today but about the evil White Man. No wonder some (who probably to begin with have deep seated issues) hate white people so much that taking a life is no big deal. Even president Obama contributed to this by his comments (always pointing in one direction). After Zimmerman verdict, I don’t remember hearing Obama calling for peace and respect of judicial system decision. Did Obama say that harming Zimmerman now would be wrong, even if you disagree with the decision of court? Is it possible that these three – by killing an innocent white man – were, subconsciously, looking for justice for Trayvon?
