There's no arguing that MS has opened up a huge lead in the Enterprise market, and that's to Ballmer's credit.
Whether they are making a killing with it is another matter. That area has long sales cycles, is labor intensive and is highly competitive.
Regarding Azure, have you seen anything that tells you how it's doing compared with others, like Amazon?
