I read document contents which can freely downloaded. It does not mention Amadeus
not A.I.R format nor reservation.
It looks like this does not help.

Samples in this document are very different from my sample. No one abreviation
does match between those documents. All samples start with
UNA, e.q. are standard Edifact messages.
I searched document for BLK but havent found any matches.
This document does not mention Amadeus not A.I.R
It looks like this format must used by air companies to send messages to report passengers to US
goverment for security reasons.

In my case Amadus outputs reservation data for sold reservation in A.I.R format.
