We tried this.....

 lcStringToPrint = STRTRAN( lcStringToPrint, '{', '{123}')

??? lcStringToPrint

and we got the SYNTAX ERROR to stop.

But.... the Bar Code that prints from lcStringToPrint has a "hole" near the beginning of the bar code and it will not scan with a scanner.

Sigh.

Any ideas??
