There wasn't any change to the Home option in the toolbar since the debut of the Universal Thread. I think it is properly located.

However, for the other one, the Downloads link, and the ability to add custom links, this is next to be done. It will allow someone to add a section on the left to define the title and the URL to point to. So, basically, Downloads, Google, etc., based on the user's choice, will then enable the option if desired.
