Thanks, I see you have the option of .OnStart(). This, I wasn't able to make my service run but only by using the Run() approach. See other messages in this thread. It is only when I use the Run() approach, that I was able to start the service successfully from the Services interface. Could it be related to some kind of configuration?

Also, when you run yours directly by clicking on the EXE, do you have a Windows form?
