Hi,
I must move from driver 'Microsoft ODBC for Oracle' to 'Oracle in OraClient11g_home1' (and from vfp6 to 9).

I use very frequently in where clauses of spt (for number and datetime fields) 'where myfield=?privatevariable or aliasfield'.

With Microsoft ODBC this work fine and fast.
With Oracle fine but slowly.

If I change code to 'myfield="+transform(private/local/field)+" ..' fine and maybe faster than Microsoft driver.

Everything rewrite is last solution.
I found nothing from side of Oracle driver.
Can you kick me anything else ?
