UPDATE :

Very embarrassed to say I have found the problem ( ME )

Data folder had been moved, not copied. I was testing the data only against the new location DATA folder and the full project PDM against the project folder with no data folder.

Yes, when I set the data page as you show and on the general page I select One or more files, rather than Project, and for file list select the data folder I get exactly what I want for the DBCs in the data folder. The DBC names show as links and go to a list of expandable liniks for each table in the dbc (see first png)

But when I set the general page as shown (see second png) I get a data page that shows the dbcs correctly but they are not links. The E column in the picture is also not a link. (see third png)

the DBFs are in the same folder as the DBCs

the only thing in the errorlog are a few errors where a few labels on few form classes are too long

All of the class libraries, code, reports etc are fine.

But taking two passes to get the result is quite easy and PDM is a miracle !
